We can say that ended the preseason because this week is starting just prior to the first game. We are all very excited and anxious to see the beginning. Prep time helped me to see all the players, and chosen to locate on the court after the best and what they can perform their best. For me the tactics or systems are relative. Where there is change in the baseline because I understand that the sides are very important in a team that wants to play well. Of course there are opinions for every taste and teams that played and played well even without wings, but that's my point of view. The rest will be placed according to their qualities. The thing is to occupy the court to divide the effort and harness the talent of each. I'm not naive to think that in the first game things will work as is the dream, but I have great faith in the willingness of the team and confidence in the quality of players to push through that first commitment. We need an extra effort to make it operate and can accommodate playing more comfortable. The atmosphere on campus is ideal. Luckily we have positive leaders that others have mirrors where you look and follow their examples. We expect giant River and its history. My greatest satisfaction will be at its height. We will try with all our will and our experience. We have the breath of all of you and so face this challenge together, to be stronger. A big hug and followed.
