River Interrupted process has just begun, came to gymnastics with the willingness to work intact. I know I face a very difficult situation, but hopeful. The average and the position it occupied in the last tournament indicate problems to be solved urgently, but the quality of many of their players and the possibility of adding another four to raise the level, allow to feed the illusion of making a competitive team able to score the points that need doing good football. Trying to play well, or at least the best one can, is not an option from my point of view, but the most logical and rational way to achieve the objective. So do not cease to be amazed when I hear repeatedly that "now we must win and then we'll play better" or the like. For if to win is to play badly, I do not see why we should change the model made later once the points are searched. I think we still relates to play well with disregard for the outcome and how that idea can change not speaking, the best we can do in gymnastics is to play well and win. And that try with all our experience, knowledge, determination and optimism, which I think is missing. We should be optimistic because we have reason to be. There are good players and we have the initial support of the fans never lost hope and thus transmitted to us faith and assurance. It is time, indeed, of being all together: players, coaches, officials and fans. Together we are stronger and achieve what we set out in principle: let Gymnastics in first division. I want to thank the people who made me welcome and the confidence they gave me. I'll never forget and try to be always at the height of that affection. Thanks, and we followed.
