Before ending this brief tutorial I wish to clarify some issues you have when you install the drivers from the Sony Ericsson w200.
1 .- It seems there is a problem when trying to install the driver when the cell is connected to the computer using the USB cable. I think in my If there is some sort of registry corruption of Windows XP that does not optimal installation. Happen to install the phone to the PC using the USB cable so you give your windows and automatically starts the installation process, at least so say many people. And if when you do the windows xp unable to install the drivers or just nothing happens recommend turning off the phone and pressing the "C" key to reconnect to the PC via the USB cable.
2 .- If you have properly installed the drivers and when you open the My Phone Explorer and connect you put out a connection problem, try going to the File menu and then options and change the port there with some of the options available.
3 .- In my case none of the solutions worked and chooses to try to connect the phone using the infrared port. Then use a USB infrared to buy some time and then installing it on the PC install the program My Phone Explorer and tried to connect, and it has not yet proceeded functioned as the point 2 (ie change the port) and eventually all my problems, achieving a perfect connection.
